- Meeting our clients at an agreed point near the property then showing them around explaining all features and functions answering any queries before handing over the keys.
- We offer a complete cleaning and laundry service hence nothing for you to do.
- A gardener is also provided if applicable.

- Plumbing and electrical problems are looked after as well. In short, we cover all aspects of your property maintainance.
- We supply you with all local information on how to find amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, local points of interest, etc.
- We are a 24/7 management service if you have a question or a query we are there to assist you.
In summary we are here to make your tenants stay a very pleasant and enjoyable one, offering all of the above facilities as a complete package with nothing for you to do.
